Buddhists walk eastward on the pilgrim circuit, or kora, around the monastery walls, past rock paintings of Dharmaraja and Tsongkhapa toward the Thangka Wall which faces south, site of huge thangka paintings hung during festivals, at Sera Monastery, Lhasa, Tibet, China.
